Irma went above and beyond while helping us sell our home and find a new one. She was reliable, responsive, patient, professional, informative, knowledgeable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. She made both the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. We can't recommend working with her enough!

Irma went over and above her responsibilities helping me sell my home. After the passing of my husband, she became a friend first, then my realtor. She took time to talk with me and sometimes cry with me over some of the curveball life was throwing at me. She took the reins and handled items I couldn't at the time. I would choose her again and again to help and guide me through any future home sales. Irma was always available and kept close contact with me so that I would know what was happening with any details concerning my home. I am very thankful for choosing Irma and would never fail to recommend her.

Irma was very understanding of the situation of telling my mom's house. Hoped us along the whole path and kept us very informed to work with, and I absolute pleasure to work with. We think are very much from the bottom of our heart.

This is the second time we worked with Irma; both were quite tricky and Irma handled both times expertly. The first time was buying our home in South Bend from abroad (I'm from the U.K., my wife from Poland), and moving in. Irma was clear with communications and accommodating despite the distance, providing video tours of properties and being our eyes on the ground. When we arrived in the U.S. to close the sale, Irma went out of her way, showing us around and introducing us to South Bend (and America!). Where we had trouble navigating this process (it was very difficult transferring our house deposit into a local U.S. bank from a foreign currency), Irma was patient and helpful. Without Irma our purchase would have been significantly more stressful, if not impossible. Once we left the U.S. Irma helped us sell: she was expert with marketing, and here again, went the extra mile, acting as our power of attorney to close the sale with expert professionalism. Six stars - no safer hands.

We loved working with Irma. She was extremely proactive and a great communicator. Irma is very knowledgeable both on the seller and buyer side of the deal. She helped us get more than we thought possible for our old house and found us our forever home. She counseled us through the stress of inspections and advocated for us at every turn. Irma Buczynski was prompt in returning phone calls and emails. Was patient has the home went thru a transfer of deed affidavit. Found a carpet cleaning business that was able to perform a deep cleaning on the existing carpet in a short amount of time. Shared with us that a proclaimed family member attempted to gain privileged information about the sale and none was shared.

We were recommended Irma Buczynski through another Notre Dame grad student who had also bought a house. We were a particularly challenging client, as we began the whole process from Europe, and were only available in person in the US at the very end. Irma was exceptional in her duties, and moreover went above and beyond them. From the beginning, Irma was helpful in arranging video call house inspections with us. Her work ethic is exceptional, as she worked long hours to help us. Our first offer fell through due to delays with obtaining our social security numbers from abroad; despite this frustrating setback, Irma remained positive and patient with us. When we met Irma in person she was courteous and helpful with the local area (as we were new in town). We do not drive, and Irma was very generous in picking us up several times for various trips. Irma gave us several tips about safety and keeping safe while new to America, recommendations for places to visit, and good advice about purchasing the house. We are very grateful for her knowledge and taking the time to explain so much, particularly with us being new to the USA. Irma was excellent in explaining how closing would work - though Irma was not present, she gave us good instructions and left us in the capable hands of Korban, who was also professional and very helpful with the questions that we had. Irma's attention to detail was excellent with inspections, she had a good idea for potential problems or things to look out for. We were looking for a starter home at quite a low budget, so Irma helped us navigate the difficulties of finding a home we were satisfied with. Again, this was a large time commitment and we were enormously grateful. We were especially surprised when Irma was able to negotiate us a 6k price decrease in the negotiations period before closing. This was far beyond what we were expecting and aiming for; Irma was excellent in encouraging us to go for more than we thought was possible and to push the offer as far as we could. An enormous thank you for this, as we couldn't have done this ourselves! Overall then, Irma was exceptional, and it would be hard to imagine anyone better at her job. Irma seems to love her work. We're happy to have gotten to know Irma both as a professional and as a person, and we sincerely hope we will be in a position to buy a new house during our time in South Bend - for which Irma will be the first person we'll call! I saw Irma's profile when browsing for brokers on the internet. I sent her an email and that led to a prompt reply and an invitation for lunch. My first impression of her was cordial, knowledgeable, and understanding, which all stay true throughout my property-hunting journey. As a young, international first-time home buyer, I have as many questions and doubts as can be imagined. Irma has been patient with all my questions, and at the same time respects my judgment. With her help, I was able to get an ideal home in a short period of time.

In the last 20 years we bought 6 houses and sold 2 in Maryland, Indiana and Delaware. During these transactions we dealt with 4 agents and three brokers. Irma was the best agent we ever had. She is very knowledgeable, respectful and true professional who went beyond a call of duty to accomplish the task at hand. Irma was an exceptional person to work with for my first time purchase. She helped me with all of the steps in the process--all the way from getting financing and even until past closing. She was knowledgeable and patient, accessible and, especially, accomodating. She did an excellent job at accommodating my father who is a wheelchair user and is unable to walk. She was patient enough with us to see some properties multiple times in order for us to find the assistance necessary to get my father into some houses. Accessibility was CRITICAL for us and our purchase. Overall, we saw between 20-25 homes (and this dosent count the ones we saw multiple times!) until we found a home that was right for me. There were times where I began to lose my steam, but she never did. And thank goodness she didn't, because today, I can happily say, "I found my perfect home"!
