Erma was fantastic. She kept in touch with me, made herself available by, phone call or text. Always explained everything to my satisfaction. I would recommend her to everyone! Erma was very helpful in all aspects. I sold my house because my husband died. Erma was very kind and compassionate to me, which was so very important to me. When our friends sold their house they talked about how amazing their realtor was and raved about Irma Buczynski. Naturally, when it came time for my wife and I to buy our first home, we knew who we had to use. We're originally from Southern California and have lived in Indiana for a few years now, so we are still learning all the little nuances and differences that come with a 2000+ mile move. Having someone who knew the specificities of the area, was incredibly knowledgeable of her craft and genuinely cared about helping her clients was such a blessing and huge help, especially considering we knew almost nothing about the home buying process. Irma was absolutely amazing and such a delight to work with. We have no family in the area, so it was real heartwarming having someone who treated us like a part of theirs during such a happy and nerve-wracking time. Her courtesy and professionalism are top notch, and she was so attentive to all our questions, needs and wants. Irma's efficiency and expertise made this home buying process beyond easy for us. She laid everything out for us and thoroughly explained all things involved and made sure we were amply prepared and informed about everything that was in store for us, as well as answering any questions we had in between. We felt like all we had to do was make decisions and sign papers, because Irma did all the paperwork involved and explained each one in detail, making sure we fully understood what we were signing and what was going to come or needed to happen as a result. We went in as novices that thought buying a house was an incredibly difficult process for a buyer, and left this process as well-informed new homeowners with all the tools necessary to succeed. We loved working with Irma and will definitely recommend her to everyone we know!

Irma Busczynski always was available to show me homes, answer calls/text and answer questions. Even though I knew she had other clients I always felt as if I was her only one because she was accessible to me whenever I needed. She has such a great personality and a depth of knowledge! Good experiencia
Irma was a great agent! She was patient with us as we looked for houses and helped set up various house visits. She was very approachable and friendly. She did a good job of balancing sharing her thoughts and letting us decide what we thought. She was very invested in our process and we felt that our house was a top priority for her. Though the closing process was challenging she fought for us and answered all our questions. We felt her support till the very end and the process ended well.
Irma did a wonderful job selling out home and went above and beyond our expectations.
